To Join the Ambulance Service Welfare Fund, subscriptions are taken by the Ambulance Service as payroll deductions. The amount is $20.00 per fortnight for operational staff and $13.30 per fortnight for non operational staff. From this amount, 5/6ths of that is returned to you by claiming on your tax each financial year. Therefore costs approximately $87/$58 per year for all of the benefits available to you.

Currently this membership is only available to ongoing employees of the SA Ambulance Service. There is not another similar type of fund in Australia that can offer all these benefits for the low cost of $87/$58 per year.

CASUAL & PAST MEMBERS

We have Casual and Past memberships available (Associate) to you at an annual cost of $45.00, which entitles you to use of the holiday homes, corporate rates on Health Insurance. In addition, you are entitled to the hire of baby capsules/breast pumps/nebulisers, Entertainment Books and other member special offers.
